Course Requirements

Overview

  The Diploma and Bachelor of Arts programmes at Cape Theological Seminary are offered through Global School of Theology. The Diploma may be earned after two years of study, while the BA degree is usually earned after three to four years of study. Both programmes use the same course materials for the first two years.

Programme Content

  The study programmes have four divisions:

• In-depth Bible subjects
• Theology from a Pentecostal/Charismatic perspective
• Ministry – How to apply the Bible and theology material in the real world
• General Education – Gives you the tools to be a well- rounded leader in the Church

Class location and schedule

  The BA classes are held on the CTS campus which is just east of Table View in Cape Town. Most students live on-campus, but some commute from off-campus housing.

  There are two terms per year. The first term begins in late January and the second term begins in late July.

  A limited number of courses are offered in evening sessions at the CTS campus.
